Creating in Costa Rica: Getting Back to Shooting Fashion
I’m back!!
Back behind the camera, that is. While I adore travel photography, there is something about creative, fashion-based shoots that make my heart sing. This past week I spent scouring Pinterest for inspiration and scouring the streets of Heredia for beautiful backgrounds, and all of this culminated in the following images with the stunning Jackie. It’s not often that I shoot and end up with dozens of images that I’m obsessed with; I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
Look 1: Rainbow suspenders, tie-dye shorts, denim jacket, and roller skates.
Yes, roller skates. Jackie brought them to Costa Rica with her. How she managed to fit them in her luggage is beyond me.
Look 2: Pink scrub (?) pants, striped tee, Nikes
Headshots!
Last but not least, some funky shots with fences.
This shoot made me realize just how many beautiful and interesting details lie in the city of Heredia. By looking at the city through my camera lens, I have gained a greater appreciation for where I live. Also, how insanely beautiful is Jackie. Her hair is fantastic and her eyes are out of this world. Basically, I’m just super pumped about how much I freaking love these images, and I hope you appreciate them, too! Thanks for taking a look!
What a fantastic shoot!! Loved all the shots but liked the suspender shots the best!! Whatever you shoot, your talent shows through beautifully!! AMAZING!!!
